Apple Cider Vinegar Diet

The Apple Cider Vinegar Diet changed its modes throughout the years but made very popular back in 1998 by herbologist Earl Mindell in his book “The Amazing Apple Cider Vinegar Diet”. Basic idea of the Apple Cider Vinegar Diet is to consume very small quantities of apple cider vinegar every day to suppress appetite, therefore help in weight loss.
Apple Cider Vinegar is, among other things, claimed that cures acne, heals acid reflux disease and reduce glucose levels. Some clinical studies was conducted on animals and humans and it was determined that on some level Apple Cider Vinegar does create feeling of fullness, but more examinations were required.
There were several other statements about Apple Cider Vinegar diet benefits that found no support. But it looks like that Apple Cider Vinegar diet is decreasing cholesterol and glucose levels. Study and complete examination was poor so there can’t be found exact recommended dose, but nearest suggestion was 2 to 3 teaspoonfuls about 30 minutes before a meal.
Apple Cider Vinegar must be watered down because vinegar is an acid and if consumed undiluted can cause damage to the stomach and esophagus. The vinegar can be watered down in 8 ounces of warm or cold water.
Apple Cider Vinegar could be combined with some olive oil and used as salad dressing. Few proponents of this Apple Cider Vinegar diet claim that only organic and natural vinegar that has a ‘mother’ can supply expected results.
The vinegar “mother” is a clump of live and actively fermenting cells which are accountable for creating the vinegar in the first place. Dieters that practice this diet in general are backing the results and effectiveness.
The down side of the Apple Cider Vinegar Diet appears to be the taste of the cider vinegar anyway those who used this diet claimed that after couple of weeks user get used to the taste.
