The Beverly Hills Diet

 

beverly-hills-dietThis diet as title says began to develop in Beverly Hills, diet filled with fruits but not so much popular as it should be. According to The Beverly Hills diet all you need to eat some fruits and you can lose as many weight as you need, but it is a bit complicated than that.

However, a diet base on eating fruits may sound great to some people who heard that there are people who actually lost weight when adopted this diet. The Beverly Hills Diet is pretty simple, it says that pineapple burns fat, papaya softens it and watermelon is flushing it out.

Sadly, this belief is not yet proved scientifically and medically, so there is no back up of any official kind. Grapefruit does have influence on the sugar absorption system, but it doesn’t burn fat. The thing that burns fat is called, effort, physical activities, sweat and top diet pills. As actress Judy Mazel claims, creator of the Beverly Hills Diet, dieter may lose 10-15lbs in 35 days.

She is also claiming that main cause of weight gain is consuming different types of foods, so her diet is focused on eating single type of food whole day. One day dieter eats melons, other day pineapples etc. Main complaint about The Beverly Hills Diet is that eating program is extremely monotonous. Any regular dieter has great chances to get bored with this diet and start losing focus in couple of days.

This diet looks more like short term diet plan and not like a long time eating program and it shouldn’t be practiced more than 4 weeks or so. Eating only fruits can not supply our body with necessary vitamins and minerals that we need each day. If you limit your menu to only fruits you will be exposed to diseases and malnutrition.

It also indicates that if you start again with gaining your weight back, it is going to be replacing muscle mass with fat. In long period of time this can majorly jeopardize your health.

Never mentioned before, you must get used to diarrhea, because consuming fruits only will maintain your digestive system close to state of diarrhea. So, you will be visiting rest room constantly. When we consider all these facts The Beverly Hills Diet doesn’t looks like such a good idea. Not gaining crucial nutrition and losing lots of water and muscle tissue is certainly not good plan to shed some pounds.
