Weight loss guiding

Most important fact of any weight loss process is:

• Whether the weight loss is maintained or

• Whether the weight loss is rapidly regained (the yo-yo effect)

Zotrim is found to offer long term weight loss results. Another study was conducted with 23 subjects. They lost weight by consuming Zotrim and were studied for a further one year and advised to consume Zotrim again if they gain more than 2 pounds. Examined group even after a period of 12 months had nearly the same weight (start 158 pounds, end 160). Eating management
